Payment:
Payments from PayPal are gladly accepted. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can use a credit card or bank account to check out as a guest.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail in eco-friendly boxes or envelopes. The shipping rate for orders within the United States is $5. Large orders (above $75) may be subject to an additional $6 shipping charge.
All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days and will arrive in 2-3 days from the shipping date. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping insurance may be purchased for an additional $2.
USPS Express mail is available for $18, which includes guaranteed overnight delivery and insurance up to $100. An addition $12 fee for Sunday/holiday Express Mail shipping applies.

Returns & Exchanges:
If an order arrives damaged, for which shipping insurance was purchased, your purchase may be returned or exchanged free of charge.
I am dedicated to providing you with a high quality handmade bag. Please keep in mind that purchasing handmade items includes appreciating their slight imperfections. Treasure your handmade item and handle it with care to extend it's life. Gentle spot cleaning only is recommended all items unless otherwise noted.
Gift Certificates:
I'm excited to announce that gift certificates will be available soon.
Gift certificates may be used on any in-stock item(s). To redeem, enter your gift certificate code during the checkout process through PayPal. Gift certificates can emailed free of charge or printed and mailed with a $1 shipping charge.
Sales and Promotions:
All orders are limited to one promotion and may not to used when purchasing a gift certificate.
Gift Wrapping:
Each order is wrapped in tissue paper and protected with a layer of clear plastic.
